Our All Inclusive Desk Support Services
Partner Claim Services provides desk support for every phase of the claims process.
Client Intake
Partner Claim Services desk support process starts with the initial onboarding of clients. Our team discusses the insurance claims process with clients and provides information on what Public Adjusters do at each step of the process. We send your contract to clients, follow up with potential clients and process contracts to create new files.
Coordination and Scheduling
Our team serves as the day-to-day coordination hub for claims, scheduling inspections and photos for the public adjuster and supporting staff. Schedule coordination is completed with clients, carriers, and adjusters and optimized to reduce driving time. We use shared calendars to provide our team and public adjusters with real-time updates of the schedule. Don’t worry though, you can still schedule dedicated time in the office or even a vacation every once in a while and our scheduling team respects it.
Document Submission and Follow-up
Partner Claims provides all required documentation to the carriers from letters of representation through contract closeouts. Any information requested by carriers is coordinated with each adjuster and followed up on. Likewise, claims decisions that are required of carriers are followed up on promptly based on the timelines set by each policy.
File Documentation
In the insurance industry, file documentation is critical. The team at Partner Claims documents every communication with clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers to ensure a full history of the claim is available so everyone on the team has the most up-to-date information and to support alternate claims resolution when required. This includes voicemails, e-mails, and calls. If we get a claim update via smoke signal, we’ll upload a video of it.
Invoicing
The team at Partner Claims will complete your invoicing process for you, calculating fees owed, e-mailing an invoice to each client and following up with them and with the public adjuster if fees owed are late. The only step in this process that we don’t do is receiving your fee and depositing it into your account. That still comes to your mailbox.
Summary Reports
Reports are created that summarize all of the key actions required on your most time-sensitive and critical claims. These reports will outline information required in the files and not yet received and any claims that are outside of the standard claims handling timelines for the client’s policy and the state regulations where you operate.
